eLearning Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced management professional to lead our production team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality eLearning solutions.

Who are you?
You have a flair for optimizing processes and driving efficiency, and will guide a cross-functional team of designers and developers to produce eLearning courses that are accurate, engaging, creative, and effective – from start to finish. You will be instrumental in creating, refining, and implementing project management strategies and production workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse and cohesive skillset which includes project management, process improvement, team coordination and leadership, quality assurance, problem-solving, and technical knowledge.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and optimize project management processes, production workflows, and best practices tailored for custom eLearning solutions.
- Mentor and motivate the production team to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with production team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate and forecast required resources such as staff, equipment, and tools to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify the steps and activities required to complete a project and break them down into specific development and production tasks.
- Track progress on all tasks and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed to the required technical, creative, and quality standards.
- Contribute creative input from the proposal stage to project completion.
- Conduct performance reviews and set performance standards and goals with each team member.
- Proactively identify and address any delays or issues that arise during the production process.
- Organize and maintain project-related files and documents, including design documents, course materials, multimedia assets, plans and schedules, and other related documentation.
- Research and implement technological advancements and trends.
What skills will you bring?
- Post-secondary degree in project or production management, digital media, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of team management experience in a production team lead role.
- 3+ years of experience in eLearning development using various authoring tools and media.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to perform their best.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and refining project management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and clearly convey ideas and feedback.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and evaluate eLearning content for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with disciplines in end-to-end digital production, including pre-visualization, motion graphic design, character design, animation, audio and video production, and interactive design.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) a plus.
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and its various features and functionalities a plus.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.

Storyline Developer
We are seeking an experienced Articulate Storyline developer to craft sophisticated and effective eLearning experiences.

Who are you?
You are a Storyline expert who will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, development, and delivery of high-quality eLearning courses. You will work closely with instructional designers, graphic and motion artists, and subject matter experts to craft high-quality, engaging, and interactive courses that meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a seamless balance of Storyline expertise, technical sophistication, knowledge of learning design principles, and attention to quality standards.
What will you do?
- Interpret and convert instructional design scripts and visual storyboards into fully functional and error-free interactive courses.
- Design and create graphical assets such as diagrams, infographics, slide templates, and interactive elements (e.g. buttons, links, headings, states).
- Recommend and implement best practices in design, layout, navigation, functionality, multimedia integration, interactivity, tracking, and overall user experience for Storyline courses.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and troubleshoot issues related to user experience, content, functionality, or technical glitches.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with project managers and team members to provide updates, identify issues, address concerns, and ensure overall alignment between course objectives and development.
- Mentor and guide junior Storyline developers, sharing expertise and specific techniques.
- Document Storyline processes, workflows, and best practices for the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning development, and provide recommendations for tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance course development processes.
What skills will you bring?
- Post-secondary degree in educational technology, digital media, technical development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing advanced eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
- Expert knowledge of Storyline trigger system and interactivity techniques.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interactive courses and modules.
- Strong visual communication skills and understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration techniques.
- Experience in JavaScript or other scripting languages to enhance course interactivity.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clearly convey ideas and feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the natural ability to review and evaluate eLearning content for accuracy, functionality, and completeness.
